well, i have the IMEI no. but wht the Nokia ppl told me was that only the phone can be blocked by it so tht the &%#&er can't use it.....
Things are supposed to happen the way they happen. And the reason they happen the way the happen is because you try to make them happen in a certain way and may or may not be succesful.

Same here.I was told by the GRP that it wud be useless blocking the cell using IMEI since the #^%$& wud have sold it.And a request for blocking wud have to be filed with a FIR copy,Cell's Purchase receipt,Ownership Proof blah blah blah........

So i just filed a complained and kept my fingers crossed hoping that the %$#%&$ wud be caught but till date I'm still twiddling my thumbs........

well having a blocked cell is better than someone assole using it.Well I heard that all the latest cell phones have GPS trackers in them so you can track it.Only the police have the power to do this. :D

I have a Bluejacking Tutorial. It works will all mobile phones that are Bluetooth equipped, and there are a few tips specific to Sony Ericsson T610, T616, T630 and the later models. 8)

The first thing I did on getting outta the train n finding my cellphone missing was to lookout for anyone with suspicious glances or fidgety stares. But there was a sea of humanity....Next I called up my number 4m a payphone.First it rang and I was delighted.Maybe it was found by a good samaritan :) But alas, the &^%$#@ cut me off. From the next call onwards it was switched off  I walked over to the GRP & said I was robbed of my cellphone.Mine was the 16th such case that day!!! I lodged my complaint & am awaiting developments till date............
