HH,

You are right. :) But I am talking about the taste of those dishes there.Gravy is awful and unappetizing and it is incomprehensible as how they could make it so bad.

some south Indian food i'd had in Bhopal was beyond recognition(i thought the utappam was an MLA omlette or something).

and speaking of kamath, secbad, i 'd had one horrible paneer dosa there(clash of the titans, huh? - south & north). but the same dish at the kamath behind Ravindra Bharati had tasted awesome.

at one particular Swathi a friend of mine had come across a cockroach!!! yup....

but the topper in my list wud me my ex-canteen (we now have a canteen which has few rivals - ...actually none)... and as my friend had put it (concerning two of the many aspects): "Apni canteen ki khasiyat(purani): yahin apne ko thande thande samose aur garam garam pepsi milti hai"....

Thanks for reminding me, any kind of shell fish is nasty (except shrip and prawns) and especially clams, oysters and octupus.

there's a new fast food joint opened bang opposite Cyber Towers (name forgotten). Believe it or not, the 'Chinese' fried rice there is cooked with paneer and accompanied by (or rather sprinkled with) with raw onions!

Chinese with paneer is something i experienced first in a 3 star hotel at Chandigarh!

Radhe shyam? radhe Sham?

by 'rocket launcher' » Mon May 24, 2004 11:39 am

 The rumblings in my stomach cannot be heard and the grimace with each rumbling cant be seen either :? Thank God for that ye all!!

Radhe Sham is the Culprit, once it was THE best paani-puri, chat, and the works 'bundi' at Ranigunj...but now it is churning out these hasty (mis)treats that do wonders to your early morning...ahem ahem.

A strict no no....i feel like going to a doc but then i know what he would say "ab ise dawa nahin dua ki zaroorat hai" ...radhe radhe shyam syam!! :? [/quote]

Taste of food strongly depends on cuisine. Given the same stuff and ingredient, the dishs cooked by me are always terrible while what my wife cooks are always delicious. :D

er... Pineapple in chicken seems something weird...However, about whatever kind of food such as fried rice with panneer or pineapple in chicken, restaurant owners are always fearless to say that you don't konw Chinese cuisine. Because China is a big country, there are lot kind of Chinese food and you can never try all of them, so they always claim what you feel bad to be a kind of special local food.

BTW: I am wondering why the fullhyd team not provider modification function.
