It\'s about 2.50 dollars. In western countries you pay about 8-10 bucks.

Don\'t you think the price is too high? The film has nothing special. It is just like a Discovery Channel 45 min. episode. The big screen experience is superb. It is really a thrilling experience. In the multiplex also the price is too high.

Let\'s say you pay Rs. 400 per month for 50 channels, one of them being Discovery. That\'s 8 bucks per channel. Say you effectively watch TV for 5 Hrs. That\'s 1.66 for an hour of discovery documentary. Blow it 1000 times the size and 10,000 times the sound, do your math at home, and you would find out that Rs. 125 per show at IMAX is damn cheap. You should be paying more!

Dude, you just can\'t compare those two. In western countries & developed Asian cities, the cost of living is much higher. Hyderabad is the cheapest city in the world in terms of living cost.

Watching any discovery documentary in an IMAX theater is worth watching 10 Bollywood superhit movies! It\'s absolutely worth the money, but don\'t try to watch any Hindi or Telugu movies in IMAX. It inflicts 4 times the pain of a 70 mm theatre!

I watched a Discover documentary on space in IMAX and I was thrilled by it.
May the Fries be with you!
