If such questions are not asked before letting out the flat, otherwise all the things, why even the flat will be missing... whois the loser??

Thanks Learner for your concern. Dear Z, I am from HYD, working in Gulf and coming on Vacation.I am building my house and hence looking for a Fully Furnished Flat for a month. I hope this clears your doubt. I am ready for more questions.

I suggest that you place you ad in a local paper like Siasat for a better response.
