Hyderabad is it a knowledge hub?

I would like to throw open this topic to all the IT professionals and to be IT professionals of Hyderbad. Why is Hyderabad lagging behind Bangalore/Chennai in terms of investments by High technology IT companies? Why does Microsoft/Intel/Texas Instruments etc still want to improve business in Bangalore only and not Hyderabad. What is that an Hyderabadi lacks? or Hyderabad in general lacks.
