Hyd girls are too hoity-toity!

by zorro2world » Fri May 30, 2003 12:32 am

Wonder what women really want? The other day,I was standing in a queue where both ladies and gents had one line.As time passed the line grew bigger, on seeing a lady being pushed, though involuntarily,nobody\'s fault,I offered to help her, saying that I could stand in the queue for her, till her chance comes, and then she can join back the queue. To my utter astonishment, instead of being thankful, she got angry at me ! And no -i was not voertly freindly,or trying act smart,or pestering her - my gesture was genuine .
Sigh -! and these women complain where has chivalry gone these days ? Any Comments people?

I\'m a Hyd girl and no I don\'t agree with ur catchline. Actually it all depends on the people. If your gesture was genuine and she was rude to you it just means that either she didn\'t comprehend what you were saying or that she must have been in a lousy mood and she probably was like that with all, irrespective of the gender. Hey chivalry is still a big turn on, no two ways about it.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you are right.

No matter what \"mood\" you\'re in, if someone is trying to help out, you should appreciate the genuinity of the cause rather than behave rudely. See, the point I am trying to make is, very few ladies really can take chivalry in the right sense. Society at large always blames men for doing wrong - it\'s time people realise that even women need to be given an equal share of blame.

What I meant was,we men are generally held guilty for every wrong doing in the society, worse even if some us are genuinely trying to help.Women should wake up and acknowledge that not all men are bad,and be more selective in passing their judgement.Similarly, men should also realise it takes two to tango. There are ample cases where women are at fault -we should bring it up to surface and treat it just the same way,we do for men.
Bottom line - let s not be hypocrite and be equal to one and all,and subsequently judge people accordingly.

While your thoughts are well meant,I would like you to know that let\'s not get into a utopic state of mind.We must see reality the way it is meant to be.Nobody wants to fight...but they do...not wants to hate...but they do..nobody wants to hurt but hey do..so why cover up reality with false notions.Be prepared for the worst...but certainly hope for the best.

Somebody once told me...it\'s nice to be pessimistic you know...coz most of the times you re proved right...dan the times you are not,...you will be pleasently surprised.!!
