from one of the emails i got today:
hello,
read todays Times of India for US solution of kashmir . division into three parts
1.) Jammu, Ladakh going to India
2.) Kashmir-Independent
3.) Baltistan and Azad Kashmir to Palkistan.

In the map below u can see the exact regions, LoC is a bigger dashed-line(gray) and the smaller dashed line in green and sometimes brown lines show Ladakh, Jammu, Kashmir, Balistan and Azad Kashmir clearly.
