Comments on population in Singapore: Its the size of roughly Hyderabad and has 4.5 million people including foreigners. Its got 7 to 8 % people of Indians origin, Tamils basically who went to Malaysia and Singapore long long ago, probably during eth time of Raja Raja Cholan in 13th century, so, they are called people whose origin is the sub continent, same applies to theose people in Malaysia. BTW, i met some of them, if u call them Indian, they say, \"No, we are people from blah blah.....\"

Sorry Mr. Funk Engine... Your statistics are wrong. Rather hyped... divide them by a factor of 3 and you get the actual figures... (Note: I didn\'t compile this... heard in some interview)... 
And hey, do ya know what\'s common among all the legends mentioned by funk engine? They are all IITians!!!
