Hey everyone aspiring to come to Australia!! Please be noted that as of July 1, 2003, the old rules PR shall no longer be valid, which basically means that you can\'t get Aussie PR in one year. Yup! you heard it rite! They now need a two year education in Australia to be eligible to apply under the category \"Skilled migrant\" student. For more information check the immi.gov.au website. They have a fAQ section which\'ll clear every doubt in your mind. So, if you want to come here for PR, choose courses accordingly. As far as I know, Australian IT jobs are only offered to people with either PR or Citizenship. Lemme know if you need more and/or share your thoughts. Oh, and I\'m in Australia for the last 8 months! hehe!
