Brit visitin Hyd!

Hey all you Hyderabadis! My parents are from Hyd but I\'m born in the UK! I\'ve been to Hyd quite a few times now and I\'ve gotta admit the place is growin on me! Everytime I leave, my suitcase is overweight with the luvly clothes, jewelry n stuff I\'ve bought! I jus wanna know if there are any other UK/US-born peeps out there that visit Hyd n if they like it?? And could you all tell me where the best places to eat/chill/hang out are?!!

Welcome to Hyderabad! U may visit many places - I don\'t suggest you to go to the very famous places/tourism spots like golconda fort/salarjung museum/birla mandir etc. in this hot sun... Of course, Birla Mandir is a cool place, but do not go on Sat\'days/holidays - the place would be too crowded. U can go to: <br><br>
1) secret lake at jubilee hills<br>
2) if u got a vehicle, it\'s great driving the roads of kondapur/madhapur/hitech city with all the IT firms at one place<br>
3) can go for a CHURCH in medak... it\'s the biggest church in India, and second biggest in Asia<br>
4) The cantonment area / AOC centers are amazing... you can really walk for kilometers there...<br>
5) Gandipet... on the way, u can visit a huge mosque/huge temple/church/gurudwar in a row.<br>
6) For shopping we have swapnalok, big bazaar etc.<br>
7)THE BEST PLACE TO VISIT IN HYD IS: ANY PLACE WITH MY PRESENCE... Have fun!

secret lake in jubilee hills?! cool mite chek it out! i went to salarjung museum last summer to see the Nizam Jewels tha wus amazin! Went 2 Big Bazaar a good few times too (man most of the time wus spent in that coffee shop!! jus relaxin in the air conditioning!)
