Look at it this way, two state governments and one central government with CRPF and Special task force police adding upto a force of over 2500. Have not been able to catch one man for the last decade. That too with the latest infrared and night vision technologies, arial heat sensors etc. I think i may have the best solution for catch him, but this won\'t fetch anyone the wooping 2 crore cash award for his head. Human monsters in India are, more often than not, a creation of our own political establishment. Who created the most deadly militants in Punjab during the 70s? Who created the likes of Veerappan.
