I request all debaters not to creat religeous and racial minded posts so as to create so many misunderstandings. Fullhyderabad has done wonderful job by simply destroying all the boards. Its really nice.

Whoa !

All of these are fine for discussions ?!!

Free behaviour - YOUTH Getting free sex, more george michael, more night-outs, more pubs is all for good. What do you feel? peeping tom, 30 November 2002, reply Nothing lives in Gay Michaels albums. No comedy, no meaning, no hope, no emotion. Devoid of any true existence, they move from song to song, scarring everything they touch, defiling, desecrating, ravaging the delicate threads of human intellect and wit. He is just a media hogging faggot faking retardations like cerebral palsy and down\'s syndrome and tries to channellise the quintessence of closet queen into the tiny minds of the trend-hopping junta. Pubs are even worse, largely playing dhin-chack dhin-chack beats which ravages and sodomises the senses in a mindless onslaught of merciless intensity. The crowd usually consisting of chuckleheaded pansies offering their tribute to lord bacchus, revelling in wooziness and exploring the avenues aural profanation. Booze is good as long as some one is willing to pay for me and clean up my puke.....bluaakk.....Vomitus Eternus. popesmokesdope, 03 December 2002, reply dear psd, either you are seriusly homo-phobic or suffer some sort of delusions of adequacy. that post of yours is completely random and just plays on words man....there isnt an iota of sense that goes through. and whats with the dig about people with cerebral palsy and downs syndrome...thats a cheap shot buddy. dont do that again.\"exploring the aural profanations\'\' GRE perhaps written a week or so down the line yea?? little witch, 04 December 2002, reply @ little witch with a capital B : O baahnjee baahnjee, you are incorrect on your assessment, you get a D- on your review..which is unacceptable.. please re-view and try again. My previous post was just a restless storm of entropy...deviod of sustenence...and feeds only on the delicious pain of those who behold them..so its okay if you dont get it. Downs syndrome and cerebral palsy a cheap shot!! well missy.....anyone who wants to become a retard needs to have a little ingenuity and some valor to match. You can’t fake retardations like downs syndrome or cerebral palsy very well, so you’re going to have to go for the old fashioned “blow to the head - oops it made me retarded!” method. There are many ways in which you can end up retarded through a blow to the head. Shutting your head in a car door, falling down the stairs multiple times, or even hitting yourself in the face with a hammer...you must be knowing better...so I am giving G.Michael some brownie points by calling him a wannabe retard. delusion of adequacy and me!!....its pretty obvious that you dont know shit. So, little witch allow me to extend a hearty \"waahhhh\" to you. It is not too often that I come across an elitist with such a lack of cojones. Tell ya what..while you\'re sitting in your rocking chair and sipping herbal tea...knit me a sweater and then maybe I can be as sensitive as you someday!! popesmokesdope, 06 December 2002, reply The youth are nowhere as free as they are made out to be...all captives of a corporate campaign designed to drown our senses in available alcohol, crappy music and page 3 headlines. Sure, all these are for good, but not ours!!! We behave the way we behave because MTV tells us it\'s the way we gotta behave. Welcome to the Machine, people! ( Man, I think I sound like a doomsaying nutzo.....) EroXenoS, 04 December 2002, reply i\'m okay with the free sex, booze and fun...but George Michael.....???!!!!!! where did that come from? little witch, 01 December 2002, reply Geoge micheal is GAY, so we have free sex, booz, night outs and george micheal!!. So next time when all these things fall in places, have elton john also, that would cancel the unwanted vivek of themavericks, 02 December 2002, reply My 1000 thanks to George Michael who stood against the HIGHLY RACIAL LOS ANGELES POLICE. He almost tarnished them in that album. He is the person who tarnished the image of both the imperialistic George Bush and Tony Blair in the album SHOOT THE DOG. Any Hyderabadis, have you ever seen that album? he got angry because AMERICA was trying to strike the third world country IRAQ. you know he basically a gentleman he is the friend of poor third worldies like us and he is for the colored people like us. being a gay ia a personal thing. i dont know anything about that. peeping tom, 02 December 2002, reply dear witch, 1000 thanks for accepting some of my views. that too from a young and dynamic girl like u. secondly more george michael means, listening more of pop/rocks in peaceful mood... peeping tom, 01 December 2002, reply peeping tom , what do you feel....?? about these things? please be frank.... lucifer-in-disguise, 02 December 2002, reply

BUT NOT about the fanaticisism thats\' existing all around you? be it whatever religion it is originating from? !!

if someone thinks these boards should be open to all kinda discussions and debate, i agree. but when the debate turns personal and abusive, and not just towards an individual, but a whole community/religion, i think its time to put our foot down. and i think life is complex as it is.. and what we dont need is to come here and make it more murkier. i think the boards taken down served no purpose but to incite a few and upset most of us. and i think the fullhyd team was busy with a lot of other activities to let the boards go uncensored for a long time. lets try to make these boards a better place to hang out/participate.

...why are we afraid of discussing sensitive issues? If we not, then who else will? Hello, we are mature enough to handle these things. Yes, there are a few hot headed, pig headed, and also emotional people around, but well, if we look around, we can see these issues are being discussed threadbare openly in print and electronic media. I am just wondering, if we the educated youth not talk about this, then who else will?
Agreed, at times things get personal (this happens even in UK Parliament and the US congress, if you think Indian Parliamentarians are not well behaved) which is very much expected in any discussion when a few people sit around to talk. But, that shouldn\'t deter us from discussing the issues. We are discussing issues, and not at war, so what\'s wrong with it?
Lastly, when junta is discussing everything under the sun, then why not we talk about issues which are destroying the country?

I am not sure how far it is justified in deleting the boards, but, since that\'s the policy of fullhyd.com, I will comply with it.

Well, discussing what all we have is an healthy attitude which goes for all. To discuss or not to dicuss certain issues should be left to the spontaneity of moments among the debators. If the debators reflects a degree of maturity then the subject should not be made hostage for inflamming the controvercies. The challeges to controvercies only will enlight the community in brandizing the communal zealots and their cohort.

i am sorry, but i disagree... but to discuss a controversial topic requires lot of maturity.... which i dont see very often. (i am not claiming to be very mature myself). if u were following the boards that were deleted... most of the msgs are half truths... myths and even absurd lies. now it takes a lot of courage to agree that u r wrong.. and not many people have that kinda courage.. and let me tell u that i am not exteremly proud of our \"leaders\".. let alone leaders from UK or US. a discussion in my opinion should be constuctive and should lead to a logical conclusion. if neither party is ready to compromise then there is no point of discussion. but this is not to say that i am against discussion on \"sensitive\" topics... all i am saying is.. we got to show a lot more maturity than we have.. and a lot more courage.

Well, I agree with some of your views but, without talking about an issue, how are you going to give it a logical conclusion? How do you define maturity? In any discussion, there should be difference of opinion (that\'s the beauty of democracy). If you think there are half truths and myths, then why didn\'t you correct them? You read them but preferred silence (this is not a personal attack, just an observation and also not a half truth either :-)) Why didn\'t put your views across and enlighten people. Why do you expect people to compromise, after all we are not at war, everyone is trying to convince the other party, and there is absolutely nothing wrong in it. Yes, there were a few over tones, but I don\'t think anybody crossed their limits. As far as discussions are concerned, courage and maturity are things when you are in the paint and not for those who are standing by the sidelines and trying to be judgmental.

hmm u r right.. i was standing on the sidelines being judgemental... but then.. i didnt want to add to the chaos with my \"pseudo secular ideals\" (as was alledged for anyone trying to be neutral). i agree abt there being no clear definition of \"maturity\", \"constructive\", \"courage\" etc. but and i still dont agree there was construtive discussion. it was probably the longest boards in this site.. without any hint of a \"logical conclusion\". i think solutions to put an end to the problems(solutions need not be \"be all-end all\" but they might be a start)were in order, not allegations and counter allegations.

Hi Srinu. I find your views totally aligning with mine. If you had been watching my slanging match with LID, you would have noticed what I said right at the beginning. When he dared me to take up his challenge and choose a topic, I choose a topic like \"How all communities can live amicably\" And I clearly stated then, that my purpose of having a debate with him was to reach some solution and help rid the society of the malaise that these power hungry dogs have inflicted it with. I found your views in this thread along the same lines. It’s a pity you and your kind were not in that debate----a much more rational conclusion would have been possible. In any case, when someone speaks against injustice or evil, the idea here is always to alleviate not to aggravate the current situation. But of late anything/anybody that is said against the jingoistic elements of society has been dubbed as anti-national, or as you said, pseudo-secular. But that should not deter the saner elements from speaking out for the truth.

Gulmohur...you have a very valid point there, mate. especially the part about how a debate should run. However, all this wisdom was missing when you were debating with me and Shahed. Why the selective disdain buddy?

...dude, good to see you and WYHNY. Well, from the beginning I said let\'s talk about solutions instead of beating the dead horse. But you chose the latter and you guys were too emotinal. So, I wanted to see what\'s running on your minds. It was quite informative for me. I was just trying to show that there is dirt on everybody\'s shoes(mine too) and no one is a saint. Meanwhile I had to leave for Europe and by the time I returned, you guys were \'celebrating\' on winners & losers board :-). I thought that\'s wonderful, anyways, congratulations:-).

...it may not be \"constructive\" for you, since, you, more or less, have no opinion or rather no courage to express your opinion/views, but wanted to be a good kid :-). By putting your logical and rational views across, you could have brought the chaos under control, but you didn\'t. After all we are NOT insane :-)), right.
