Khawateen O Hazraath Aadab , Mai Fullhyd.com discussion board per new aya hoon mayra naam \"hyd_khatta\" hai, Mai yahan kay almost saray discussion pada hoon aur padkar bohot acha laga. Aur kuch great personalities say mayre mulakaat huwe jaisay kay Kulcha bhai, bhaimiaya, hina jee, saira jee, Radha jee, shahed, khajabi, ucchu mia, bhirr ustaad, aur bohot saray doostaaaaaan....Kaye din say may daykhraha hoon inmaysay koye bhi messages post nahi karay... Khair, hope kay aap is discussion may shamil hongay... aur shayad aap ko yeh discussions pasand ayengay.

Jaisa ke aap sab jaante hain hum mein se bohot se log saudi, dubai ya US mein hain.. aur bohot saray dulay bhai bachelors hai, aur woh ghar per cooking bhi kartay hai, toh isse silsilay may mai mayre taraf say cooking techniques aur tips dayna chahta hoon...

Agar aap logon may say koye cooking tips dayna chahtay hai aur doosron ke madad karna chahtay hai toh yeh bohot khushi ke baat hoge...

Here are the tips:-

1) Prevent onions from burning, frying : Add a little milk to onions while frying, this will help retain a rich colour and prevent them from burning

2) Stop crying while cutting onions : After peeling onions cut in half and soak (Bhignay) in water for about 5 minutes. (OR) Light a candle beside you. Now, when you cut these onions your eyes will not water

3) Cook rice without sticking : Add more water and keep the steem low. I hope it will be pharayraaaaaa chawall :)

4) Preventing browning of vegetables : Some fruits and vegetables turn brown after they\'ve been peeled and sliced. This happens because compounds called phenols in the fruit react with air to form brown piments or melanins. Browning isn\'t harmful, but it can be a nuisance Cooking will destroy the enzymes involved in this process, but there are other ways to prevent this process.........for this you need to cover all your vegetables in news papers and store in fridge, this will keep your vegetables Fresh.

Kya baat hain! khatta, u have done a great thing by initiating this thread. Yes, I belong to those class of people who r away frm HYD and have learnt cooking (do we have a choice?!) Will surely contribute to your tips..and woudl like you to know that your tips were very helpful :-)

kya behtareen nuskhe dere ji khatte bhai tum dil garden garden kardiye tum....aisich nuskhe dete jao aur bachelor bhaiyyo ki dua lete raho...aur ek baath gai so ghar ku jannath kardinge aap.
