Here are the tips:-
1) Prevent onions from burning, frying : Add a little milk to onions while frying, this will help retain a rich colour and prevent them from burning
2) Stop crying while cutting onions : After peeling onions cut in half and soak (Bhignay) in water for about 5 minutes. (OR) Light a candle beside you. Now, when you cut these onions your eyes will not water
3) Cook rice without sticking : Add more water and keep the steem low. I hope it will be pharayraaaaaa chawall

4) Preventing browning of vegetables : Some fruits and vegetables turn brown after they\'ve been peeled and sliced. This happens because compounds called phenols in the fruit react with air to form brown piments or melanins. Browning isn\'t harmful, but it can be a nuisance Cooking will destroy the enzymes involved in this process, but there are other ways to prevent this process.........for this you need to cover all your vegetables in news papers and store in fridge, this will keep your vegetables Fresh.
