The outcome will be more suffering for the people of Iraq. Their already awful social condition will futher detiorate. The real sufferers of war are innocent citizens of the country not rogue leaders like Bush or Saddam.
Bush was shocked when Saddam allowed Inspectors in. He now has no excuse for attacking Iraq but he will go ahead. He does\'nt care for the suffering of people other than Americans( Actually he doesn\'t care for Americans too but that\'s another story) Unless America does not change its foreign policy, there will be no guarantee that 9/11 is a thing of the past or that leaders like Saddam will stop holding their people at stake...
