Should employees be sacked for surfing porn sites during off

Employees should be sacked even, if they are surfing porn in non office hours. Anything related to self pleasure should be outside the office premises and should be done in private

That raises an interesting query.. should employees be fired if they read porno magazines at work?? say, during lunch or coffee breaks?

reading porno magazines is tolerated by employers anywhere because they are not messing up the company networks. It\'s only embarrassing the person doing the action if someone sees him/her reading them. It\'s not owing to ethics that companies bar employees from accessing porno sites. playboys are okay.
