Recently I found this place with great difficulty.
After violent search I found this place somewere around Kashmiri Gate, Delhi
Taxi driver also got very much frustrated.
Finally I spotted this point.
This is a must see, highly decorated building.
Government of India has raised a small memorial at the base of the building to honour the freedom fighters
