America Has as the second ammendment \"The right to bear Arms.\" Under this the people have the right to bear arms and protect themselves. I think the Indian people ***irrespective of caste religion and creed*** should have the right to protect themselves against oppression and injustice, and for self-defense.\"\' If the government cannot protect them let the people protect themselves!!
