Patna, June 23: Railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav’s younger brother-in-law, Mr Subhash Yadav, forced officers at Patna railway station to make the Rajdhani Express leave from platform 1 on Tuesday because he found it inconvenient to walk down to platform 4. Mr Lalu Yadav’s elder brother-in-law, Sadhu Yadav, tried to do the same thing with another train the next day.
Mr Subhash Yadav had to board the Patna-New Delhi Rajdhani Express, which leaves from platform 4, on Tuesday. After reaching the station, Mr Subhash Yadav asked the railway authorities to bring the Rajdhani Express to platform number 1. The matter was brought to the notice of senior railway officers in Patna and in New Delhi.
Just when the officers were trying to convince Mr Subhash Yadav that it would be hard to meet his demand, the announcer at the station announced that the train would leave from platform 4. A fuming Mr Subhash Yadav “abused” the railway officials and threatened not to allow the train to leave Patna if it was not brought to platform 1.
The railway authorities gave in and the train finally was finally brought to platform 1. There was chaos at the station as hundreds of passenger were seen rushing from platform 4 to 1. A Bihar police special branch report said the train was delayed by 10 minutes as the railway authorities had to ensure that the train left only after every passenger had boarded.
On Wednesday, the railway authorities faced the same situation. Mr Anirudha Prasad, alias Sadhu Yadav, was to board the Rajendra Nagar-New Delhi Sampoorna Kranti Express and, knowing his brother’s exploits of the day before, asked the officer at Patna railway station to bring the train to platform 1 because he too found it inconvenient to walk to platform 4.
But Sadhu Yadav was left disappointed as the railway authorities refused to change the track of the train, which had reached near Patna railway station, because suddenly changing it to platform 1 could have led to a disaster. As Mr Sadhu Yadav walked to platform 4, he threatened the railway officers with dire consequences for obliging one (brother-in-law) and disappointing another. The railway officials had no comment.

the height of laziness is to get ur hair washed in the beauty parlour in winter as the water is too cold. this by the way is practiced by someone.

how happy is he born and free,
who serveth not anothers will,
whose armour is his honest thought and,
simple truth his utmost skill..........

Jokes apart, the above incident is yet another reinforcement of the fact of people bending/abusing rules blatantly and getting away with it.
The buggers should be penalised for holding the system to ransom.

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you are right.

abt punishments to those @@#$@s...? kuch nahi hoga

centuries of living under decadent kings coupled with illiteracy have made us indulgent towards misdemenors of powerful people. just as people used to tolerate bad behaviour of kings, now we keep quiet when these so called "leaders" commit a crime...as if we expect them to do that.
