The licensed ghoondas (Hyderabad police Hindutva following ones )as aptly said by the high court chief justice have done it again , this time they did not break an eye but they went for a murder...obviuosly since the victim again is a Muslim the law will not take its own course , instead the policemen were seen caning the funeral procession ...and then went on to break the teeth of a two year old girl by breaking into the house of the victim , the piece of SiHT called Deccan Chronicle which is supposed to be the mainstream media is apparently scared of the Hindutva Policemen and is merely acting as the typist of the Hindutva forces in Police force..I know there are some professional policemen out there too..
All these incidents lead me to believe that the police force in Hyderabad is not serving the Government but actually the Hindutva organiazations like RSS VHP etc..

Police brutality towards Muslims citizens of Hyderabad at its peak.
By Indo Asian News Service
Hyderabad, May 22 (IANS) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy Monday announced a relief of Rs.200,000 and offered a government job to the family of a victim of police brutality.
The announcement followed stray incidents of violence during the funeral procession of Syed Shareef, 25, who fell down from his bike and died late Sunday evening when a policeman hit him with a baton for not wearing a helmet - made obligatory for two-wheeler riders.
The chief minister also assured a delegation of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) that a thorough probe into the incident would be conducted and action taken against policemen, if found guilty.
His assurance came after a series of protests throughout the day against police in parts of Muslim-majority walled quarters.
Shops and business establishments remained closed in some areas as angry youth took to streets, burnt effigies of police and beat a helmet with 'chappals' to vent their ire against police brutality in enforcing the helmet rule.
Police swung into action to control the situation in the communally sensitive area during the funeral procession. Later, Shareef's body was buried in a local graveyard.
The situation in the area continued to be tense and additional police forces were deployed.
MIM, the Muslim political party, also took to the streets to protest against the 'repression' by traffic police. The party leaders staged a demonstration outside the office of the city police commissioner, demanding action against the guilty policeman.
MIM activists led by Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi led the protest. He along with five legislators of his party met Home Minister K. Jana Reddy and the chief minister.
The youth was killed in the busy Khairtabad neighbourhood in the heart of the city, when he tried to escape from policemen who had ordered him to stop as he was not wearing a helmet.
A police constable flung his baton, rattling the rider who crashed against a road divider and died on the spot while the pillion-rider, Mohammed Mohsin, 22, sustained serious head injuries.
According to eyewitnesses, the two policemen did not come to the rescue of the injured and ran into a nearby shop to escape the mob fury.
The death of Shareef, a car driver, has plunged his family into gloom. His pregnant wife fainted on hearing about the incident. The deceased also has a three-year-old daughter.
His family alleged that the police were responsible for his death and demanded that a case of murder be registered against the constable.
However, police registered a case under section 304-2 of the Indian Penal Code (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) against constable Muralidhar on the complaint of Shareef's family.
Wearing a helmet, while riding a two-wheeler, was made compulsory last year by the traffic police.
This is not the first time that policemen have attacked riders for not following the rule. Two months ago, a constable had hit a rider with baton, causing bleeding injuries to his eye.Incidentally the victims of the attacks have been religious minorities ,especially Muslims.
