Enfield mechanic in hyderabad

by Sid » Fri Mar 10, 2006 12:30 pm

Hey there,

I recently got my enfield from bangalore and would like to know if there is a mechanic to service it here in Hyderbad, preferably near Masab tank/ Banjara hills area.

Thanks,

- Siddharth

Sorry....Didn't notice this earlier.

There are no good enfield mechanics close to the B' Hills area. You can try Chaushbhai at Troop Bazaar, near Koti.

From the MPM mall junction at Abids, take the road that leads to Mozamjahi Market. After you pass the Ramakrishna Theatre complex, you'll come to a left turn. This turn has a lot of barricades put across it, but you'll have enough space to squeeze in your baby. on this road, take the first right and then the first left. You may even ask anyone to direct you to his garage - He's quite popular in the area.

He opens the garage around 12 noon on weekdays and saturdays. He's slightly late on fridays though as he returns from his prayers around 1:30.

I'll pm you my number. Give me a call if you need any further help. In case I don't reply to your call, message me. I'll message or call back.

u cld also try the route from otherside i.e., frm mpm mall go towards koti. after arnd 500-600 mtrs u'll see a lane going to the right side...in tht case u'll have to take first or second left. but the road is slightly more traffic free...
People are crazy, at times are strange. I am locked-in tight, I am out of range.
I used to care, but things have changed.

That turn's diagonally opposite MPM mall on the road towards Koti. You have to go through the bylane; you'll pass the Ramakrishna theatre complex from the rear side; and Chaushbhai's garage is in the first left after the troop bazaar crossroads. And as Akhil put it, the road is usually traffic free but if you get stuck in one of those traffic jams on that road, its a pain. And then the time you save is not worth the risk. Its safer to take the longer route.
