gyanster, atleast Congress is taking inititive to do something good....no political party paid attention on the woes of the UP people till date.. let's applaud Congress for taking such a noble step

He is joking about the part where the editor says no political party paid any attention to UP till now and Congress is now worrying about UP.

can u tell me guys what other party's are doing? thats a custom now that whoever comes to power hardly think for the poor citizens...even congress is also not an exception...why u r blaming Congress alone....

Yeah, right. Whever comes to power hardly think for the poor citizens.



But who was in power for the most part of Independent India?? How many years did other parties rule the country and states??



Congress and congress alone is to be blamed for the citizens becoming poor since u guys were in power during the formative years and screwed India.

Jokes aside. Why you are here Editor is that you can see the strong hold of Congress slipping and probably want to get some youngsters support, which you will not be getting. Nor will any political party which thinks just about their own pockets.
