There's a shop on Rd. # 12, Banjara Hills, near Kaman. Don't remember the name of the shop though. They sell organic foods and stuff like that.

you get several stuff from this shop called health & glow, it's opposite pizza hut in Banjara Hills. There is this whole=grain biscuits called weetbix which you can get even from Hyd Central's food bazaar (and several other places).

most of these biscuits can be had from any premier super market that stocks imported stuff. if in or around jubilee hills/banjara hills/srinagar colony, try QMart near the Masjid or Ratnadeep Supermarket (srinagar col.)
wtf? i no longer care if my posts hurt yr feelings

I have checked many of these stores - they carry many foreign biscuits

but not whole grain ones.

Flax seed - I was asking about buying Flax Seed itself not Flax Seed biscuits - sorry about the confusion.

I have found out that Flax Seed is called "Avise ginzalu" in Telegu & "Alsi" in Hindi - but I haven't found out where I can buy it.

Flax seed is supposed to be good for heart patients.

Yeah, 24 Lettered Mantra, never seen a soul in the shop apart from the staff i.e.
