I have to accept this to some extent.
Today I was trying to go from Chennai Egmore Railway station to a place, nearby to Spenser plaza.
It hardly requires Rs 35/- to Rs 40/-
The Auto ... straight away asked me about Rs 80/-*****

Among high incident occupations, truck drivers (includes heavy, tractor-trailer, and light or delivery truck drivers), janitors and cleaners, and carpenters had a greater proportion of injuries and illnesses on Mondays.
In contrast, cooks and sales workers had a greater proportion of their injuries and illnesses on Thursdays and Fridays.

Discovering Work Life Balance
I was recently asked to write an article on “Work Life Balance” for the MIT Sloan School Alumni Magazine. I’m an MIT alum (‘87 and ‘88) and – when I asked what they were looking for – they told me “something personal that talks about how you’ve achieved it.” So – I sat down and cranked out the following. I hope it’s useful / inspiring / thought provoking for others out there in the world searching for the elusive “work life balance thing.”
The challenge of “work life balance” is a central theme for many people, especially entrepreneurs. It took me 15 years ... to figure out what “work life balance” meant to me. Today, I can comfortably say that I have a major clue and my life is dramatically better for it.
I started my first company when I was 19 and in college at MIT. I was obsessive, worked incredibly hard, and – while I generally had a lot of fun – was almost always maxed out. This manifested itself in many ways, including always being overcommitted, regularly being exhausted, having a failed marriage when I was 24, and physically changing – according to one of my best friends - from “skinny Brad” to FOB (“fat older Brad”).
During this time, I was very successful at the work I did. I created a company – Feld Technologies – which was acquired by a public company. I helped start and/or finance a number of other companies which went on to be acquired or go public. I helped create a venture capital firm. I was well known and respected within the entrepreneurial community – both for what I had accomplished and what I was working on.
However, until about five years ago, I had absolutely no balance in my life. I was on the road from Monday to Friday, arriving home exhausted at the end of the day Friday.

the last day of the year
But all the clocks in the city
Began to whirr and chime:
‘O let not Time deceive you,
You cannot conquer Time.
‘In the burrows of the Nightmare
Where Justice naked is,
Time watches from the shadow
And coughs when you would kiss.
‘In headaches and in worry
Vaguely life leaks away,
And Time will have his fancy
To-morrow or to-day. (…)
‘O look, look in the mirror?
O look in your distress:
Life remains a blessing
Although you cannot bless.
‘O stand, stand at the window
As the tears scald and start;
You shall love your crooked neighbour
With your crooked heart.’

the first day at work
you're starting a new job and the last thing you want is to make a mess of it - here are some of the dos and don'ts for first-timers ...
Here are a few helpers to keep you on the right track.
Things to do: ...
Things not to do: ...
On a lighter note...
Don't:
Get involved in the office gossip. You have two ears and one mouth. So listen quietly and find out what you need to know to do your job well. And keep your own counsel.
Definitely don't:
Try and be everyone's best friend within your first few days. It's best to let relationships evolve slowly, and no one likes someone who's in their face.

LAST DAY AT WORK
... happy last-day-at-work to me!
Yes, today was my final day. I almost expected something a little more exciting, but instead I took calls for a few hours and then signed off to finish all the last-minute stuff that I needed to do before leaving for good. I cleaned out my desk, packed up everything I was taking with me (not very much – I haven’t been keeping many personal items at work in quite some time), and threw away everything I no longer needed (training manuals, and a stack of resolved customer issues that I was keeping “just in case”). The most important thing I’d like to point out here is: no more call-centers. I don’t believe in the phrase, “Don’t speak too soon,” because in this regard I have spoken. I don’t care so much what my next job is, as long as it’s something different than what I'm doing now. ...
