Good cars for hyd roads

Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a good car for Hyd roads? now dont come up with merc & beamers - my budget is 7 lakhs so please suggest accordingly. A car which has great safety ratings, good performance and ofcourse size, small enough to cruise through the hyd traffic. Also, I have been hearing that around 30 new models are to be released next year. My question is which car to buy and a best time to buy. Does anyone have links to the car pics that are currently available or are going to be come in near future?

for driving thru the heavy traffic in hydbad and to not hurt yr pocket at the same time, small cars are the best.



if wud do some heavy driving (abt >45-50kms per day), go for a diesel car. the new Indica Turbo-diesel is a gr8 car and an excellent performer too.



if yr driving distance per day is less, go for a petrol car. i wud recommend Swift, Getz, WagonR or Santro (in that order) here.



with the huge amt of money u save out of the 7 lakhs, go for top-notch accessories (music system etc)

Its not a beamer its a "bimmer" when you are refering to a BMW Car, its a 'beamer' when you refer to BMW Motorcycles.

I respect ur decision to buy a car. But there is no reason to. All my friends in Hydbad are spending heaps of money as they drive on Gear 2 all day.

one friend had knee problems due to pressing the clutch all the time.
