India-Pakistan reunification!

by Kulcha Hyderabadi » Sun Jun 09, 2002 12:30 am

India-Pakistan reunification. Sounds incredulous but that is exactly what our honorable Home Minister Mr. L.K. Advani has said. \"If East and West Germany could unite despite acrimonious political relations, why not India and Pakistan? There may be difficulties, but it is not impossible\" the home minister said. So, what do you think guyz/galz? Let discuss the merits and demerits of such a reunification or confederation. Lets be objective, no need to get emotional and remember, war means death and destruction.

I also read it today in DC. What can I say except this dat \'Muh Mein Raam Aur Baghal Mein Churi \', If he is so serious about the Indo-Pak relation , one must advise him First to Stop Cummunal hatred which he and his party and other illegal organisations supported by his party...spreading in India and other countries. Does he ever tried to punish those Culpriys who were involved in killing of 1000\'s of innocent indian muslims in Gujraat. They burned Alive right in front of everybody .. Many Teenage Girls and Womens were raped brutally by more than one person and they also burnt alive.. even they did not LEAVE UNBORN CHILD...Another page added in the History of Inhumanity... CAN HE PUNISH ALL THOSE CULPRITS....How many times he visited the releif Camps...I must say he is the KEY SOURCE of hatred between Hindus, Muslims & Chritians. Otherwise 90% of the indian population beleive in peace and harmony..He is the one who starated this bloody game. His words are no more beleivable. Infact I am fedup with all politicians..

KULCHA BHAI, It sounds good \"reunification\", but i think it is too late. The only way out is to make freindship, and i think the common people of India and Pakistan dont hate each other, it is the politicians who are creating problems from both the sides to keep up their positions.

It reminds me again that India is a free country where you enjoy the right to express your thoughts and leave to the rest to ponder over it..
I Just want to say that the glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, nor the kind smile or words, nor the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when you discover that someone else believes in you and is willing to trust you with a friendship. Unless India / Pak begin to show signs of trust for each other, visible and sensible to the common public, this move / intention is time and again played old boring DRAMA.

India-Pakistan reunification!

gr8 idea kulchaa.....but unification need not mean scrapping off the border lines....let the pakis have there own identitiy and indians vice versa....
but i dream of a european model in Asia, where ppl can move freely accross the borders.....and then we are no more specially called a indian citizen but a citizen of Asia, so if a paki finds a good job in bombay, let him come n live here n some body finds something better in karachi, let him go n work there....

hope for new generations where indian marrying a chinese, pak with indo, china, japan,sgp,mal........aka europe.....hmmmmmmm, i know my dream is good but can never be a reality....

**** WE SHOULD THINK ABOUT UNITING HINDUS AND MUSLIMS IN OUR COUNTRY RATHER THAN UNITING INDIA AND PAKISTAN!!
GOOD FENCES MAKES GOOD NEIGHBOURS AND PEACE AT HOME IS ESSENTIAL FOR PROGRESS!!
IN MY VIEW THERE IS NO NEED FOR INDIA - PAKISTAN REUNIFICATION BECAUSE I DO NOT CONSIDER PAKISTAN TO BE WORTH FOR THIS PROCESS. I AM SAYING THIS BEING A MUSLIM AND I HAVE MY OWN REASONS.

Good idea worth considering. But coming from Advani is a joke! He is the cause of all troubles in India now and the first one who should have been booked under POTA.

India-Pakistan reunification!

by Dil Hi Hydbadi » Tue Jun 11, 2002 12:30 am

Kulcha Bhai, Noble thought. consider this, pakistan and India have moved away over the past fifty years a considerble distance. There is literally no common element to the governance between the two countries. Pakistanis are used to by now being taken for a ride by army and generals; we are used to politicians and corruption but Army would be much worse.

Societies have moved on too!! Pakistan is an islamic republic and india is not - that is a significant difference considering Indian Mullahs do not have a hand in policy making.

So thanks for the noble thought but it aint happening.

a ridiculous proposition considering the state of the country. please don\'t be swayed by some b.s. politician trying to win votes for his party in the next election. be practical. I don\'t even know why we\'re bringing this up. it\'s completely inconsiderate of all those brave soldiers that have sacrificed their lives for the good of the country(blocking terrorists from entering the nation). and you are here proposing something utterly ridiculous. note: see what the Israelis are doing right now. building a frickin fence would be better for us to do. don\'t think i\'m against peace and all that entails it. however, it is in the good interests of the country to restrict any pak incisions into bharath.
