yup i think the present govt is keen to solve the kashmir problem, n Mr.Vajpayee even had a plan to convert the \"loc\" into a international border( c\'mon who wants POK to be in India now, Mr.Vajpayee is the most practical man so far....we have as a PM), so that the IB protocols apply in kashmir n the Indian Govt need not spend that much on army , n spend that money on infrastructure.....but the pakistan govt is not so keen since they want some burning issue to divert the attention of public........

My opinion is that BOTH GOVERNMENTS need a diversion to fog internal issues.
