he Great Encounters.

An interesting facet highlighted about security and its agencies is encounters. How and why do they happen?

Are the security forces so inept, who have no ability to capture suspects alive.

Lets browse through some of the famous encounters.

During interrogation, Azam reportedly confessed to the police that he and Imran were responsible for the blast in Dilsukhnagar. He further disclosed that they hid explosive material near the hillocks opposite the Central Power Research Institute (CPRI).

He led the police party to a place where he claimed to have hidden the explosives. While digging out the soil, he whipped out a pistol and fired two rounds at the policemen. He died on the spot when the police returned fire. A pipe bomb, a 9 mm pistol and some explosive substance was recovered from him, the Rangareddy SP, M.V. Ramachandra Raju, told a press conference. He said the duo had recently toured Gujarat after the Godhra carnage. Azam and Imran bought an old scooter at King Kothi, planted two pipe bombs beneath the scooter's foot-board and blew it up with a timer device at Dilsukhnagar. Asked about the phone call received by the Saroornagar police minutes before the Dilsukhnagar blast occurred, the SP observed that it could be an attempt to trap the police. He exuded confidence that Imran would also be caught any moment.

- Now the blast occurs on the 21 st or 22nd.

- Within 2 days the police have managed to apprehend the culprit (Supposedly a terrorist).

- The extremist / terrorist confesses to his crimes within a day.

- After interogatting Why couldn't they keep him alive to unearth the complete LET activities in India ???

- The terrorists "hide out of ammunation" is a field.

- The Police party is led to the place by the extremists.

- Now the police party let the extremist dig out the soil.

- No bomb disposal squad here.

- Mysteriously he found a gun.

- He fired at the police hurting no one.

- The police were left with no option but to shoot him down.

No questions asked case closed. The case of the extremist / terrorist.

Families report : Azam had gone out after Sehar to the local mosque to read morning prayers, did not return. The wife said that Azam had started ready made garment business after returning from gulf.

After the families report was out, city police came back with a 15 year old report against Azam suggesting that he was an anti social and a threat to society. He had escaped to gulf and had come back trained ???

Another report same incident.:

Second person killed,

Press release : Another person involved in the Bomb blast at the Shirid Sai Mandir in Dilsukhnagar in Hyderabad was killed in an encounter at Karimnagar. Syyed Ajij Alias Imran alias Khaleed, aged 25 who is a member of the Laskher-e-Toiba is the in-charge of the militant activities in South India. Khaleed was found going on cycle and was found by SI Krishna Reddy who immediate doubted and tried to take Khaleed into custody. Khaleed left the cycle and began to run. Having no alternative to the SI, he opened fire.

- So a terrorist had commited a crime and within a week was cycling around town ?

- And again why was he not apprehended ?

- An extremist going on a bicycle with a hawai chappal.

because if he is apprehended , muslims will protest n say MINORITY OPPRESSION . they will do hartals and make police release him . either way the terrorist wil be released bcoz he has support of muslims or pubic pressure . better shoot him when u have a chance .
