either ways u can try out the abids to nampally road...there are a whole lot of furniture stores there.

Ive seen plenty of those in stores here, but not in Hyderabad. Well, I never was on the lookout for a hammock, so I didnt really noticed.

but dunno where u can find them here...the ones that were sold on the road side near dilsukhnagar were made of plastic/nylon...dont think they were that durable...

Dunno about the rope and knit ones, but you get cane ones in Narayanguda..lots of shops around ymca...



On second thoughts, are the cane ones called hammocks at all..

as akhil said u can get hammocks made of plastic/nylon fibers on any road side. i have seen them sold near Secunderabad Club, Banajra Hills Rd#3, Rd#12, Rd#xyz, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur etc.



abt cotton/cloth ones dunno...maybe u can try at the top-end furniture shops (like "Furniturewallah" at Banjara Hills Rd#12)

I remember seeing one at 'The Home Store' on Banjara Hills rd No.1 opposite to music world...but anything in that shop is too costly...



Also, saw one at the 'contemporary Arts and Crafts' shop which comes on the left while going from punjagutta circle to Somajiguda...just before you reach teh left turn towards Begumpet.
