Seven Day Marriage Schedule

Day 1. Pelli-chupulu… Dekhna- Dikhana. ------- I don’t understand what they show(dikhana) and what they see(dekhna).

Day 2. Descision time – Han ya Nahin…. unnhmmm(yes) else annnhaaan(no)

-------- I still don’t understand how two people can make decision to spend time for eternity together in just 24 hours. They hardly know each other!

Day 3. Dowry Talk…- Lena… Dena.

-------- This is where kids are sold and bought for a money and property.

Day 4. Engagement ceremony.

-------- Guy and the lady take half day from work and get engaged.

Day 5. Marriage - Byah… Shaadi.

-------- Sath Phere… Nikah and so on so forth…

Day 6. Bidia – Sending off ceremony.

-------- Finally the parents get to push the girl out of the house.

Day 7. First day of marriage

-------- Finally the bride and the groom get introduced to each other.

Imagine yourself to be in this situation…

I ask you… What the hell just happened here  :? , now I got to share my bathroom with someone… forever :x. I cant sit on my crapper, with somebody hovering around me... :x

There is no "And they lived happily forever" to this story... Its more like.. "And they were never happy ever after"... :(

Seven day marriages should be banned…. What do you guys think ?

but what could b less than 7 days?? cant imagine is it possible to get married that soon....AB wrote parents get to push the girl out of the house.excuse me we r not any kind of burden on our parents that they need to push us out....just that our parents feel they have selected the right kind of guy and we will stay happily ever after with him so they get us marreid and do our bidaai....also when marraiges dont work out i think parents r the ones who r hurt the most...

and AB so what if u have to share ur bathroom, u r gonna get it cleaned for free too . u will get ur laundry done for free also u will get ur housed cleaned.inspite of getting all these things u guys crib. what more do uall expect.U think it is easy for the girl to leave her house and adjust to anew house. have u ever thougt of what all she goes thru....

MB I agree.. But, Talk to my lady friends who think their parents harass them for not getting married. They get looks, remarks... everday... everyhour, reminding thme they are not married. It looks like the parents want to push their girls out of the house. What else do you think it is... :?

I have all the good things to say about the girls, I think they adjust too much for their parents and then for their husbands. That is not the point.. I think women are bigger victims of Seven day marraige scheme.. Women should be the ones who should be opposed to seven day marraiges. And I dont find anybody protesting about that... they happily agree (like a cow) to uproot all their human ties from around where they grew up and then land into a war zone (sasuraal). WHY ?

good. then start looking for your own gal buddy...ie if u dont have one already!

I had one, really cute and all that but thats a story for another day... :(
