 for sex to be a truely pleasurable experience, it must last atleast 45 minutes. this includes foreplay and \'afterplay\'.
 just the actual penetration is not sex but anyway that should be -at the least- 15 minutes so that the girl can get her share of the fun.
 
 the foreplay part is more interesting than the actual act itself. it should take up minimum 20-30 minutes (longer the better) else its all a waste, for the girl at least. here, the guy has to take care not to ejaculate in excitement!
 if u r prone to reach the finishing line in abt 5 pushes, it helps if u prolong the foreplay since the girl might reach the big \'O\' during foreplay itself.
 Afteplay (love-talk, stroking, massages etc) helps in relaxing and improving intimacy between the couple. it can also help them, esp the guy, get ready for the Second Coming (Christians, plz forgive the religious pun)!!!

Anonymous...!!! Dont worry dear friend, most of young guys have this problem. We think always that we will NEVER masturbate next time but there will be NO other way other than to masturbate. Well if your erection is low and you ejaculate in a very short time then consult a HAKEEM, its better dont worry take my word you will have a perfect erection and you dont find any problem during ejaculation.  for the weak erection u have to consult a sexologist (or a hekeem if u prefer) but DO NOT go to those seedy looking tents by the roadside run by some tribal looking chaps, nor go to those Dr.Rais and others of his type who are not MBBS doctors.
