I feel this could happen if the marraige is just dragging and none of the partners wants to call it off.So its just marraige for marraige sake or there could b issues like what would happen to the kids or somethign like that.mayb at these times the husband/wife could b exploring other options. OR they r not satisfied with their marraige and hence get attracted to someone who has those qualities they r looking for.or mayb its the seven year itch....
