In addition to being screened at the 66th Cannes film festival, Rajamouli?s romantic-fantasy film Eega
will be screened at the 18th Busan Film Festival in South Korea this year.
The film, which deals with a wide range of themes such as re-incarnation, love, jealousy and even a little bit of social altruism thrown in for good measure, has garnered positive reviews from critics.
It had also won the award for the Best Feature Film in Telugu at the 60th National Film Awards, in 2012.
Rajamouli tweeted about Eega's screening at the Busan International Film Festival (or BIFF, as it is more commonly known).
The Busan International Film Festival is one of the most significant film festivals in Asia. The focus of BIFF is to introduce newbie movie directors, and new films to the global fim platform.
The 18th Busan International Film Festival will be held from October 3 to October 12, 2013. (INN)
