Telugu film star and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and his brother actor Naga Babu came to the Film Chamber today to protest against actress Sri Reddy's filthy language against their mother, and also against director Ram Gopal Varma who claimed that he was the one that provoked Sri Reddy to use filthy language against their mother.
Pawan Kalyan stayed in the Film Chamber office from 11 am to 2 pm. Tension prevailed when his fans reached the place soon in a big way and raised slogans against Varma. Following the advice of police who felt that it was becoming a problem to control the fans, Kalyan left the place at 2 pm.
Speaking on the occasion, Kalyan said that he would wait till Saturday to see what action would be initiated by the industry elders against Varma, and that he would announce his action plan tomorrow. It is learnt that Kalyan has been discussing with his lawyers on how he should move forward.
Meanwhile, close relatives of the actor Allu Aravind, Allu Arjun, Ram Charan Tej, Sai Dharam Tej and Varun Tej, and several other industry names including Siva Balaji, Naresh, Hema, MAA president Sivaji Raja, director V V Vinayak, writer Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao and others reached the Film Chamber to extend their solidarity to Kalyan.
Ace director and Ram Gopal Varma's proclaimed disciple Puri Jagannath, too, tweeted in support of Kalyan. Reacting to it, Varma tendered apologies again to Kalyan. In his tweet he said, "I understood the feelings of you people. I committed a mistake. I have already tendered my apologies sir."
