Hyderabad Police Stalls Shooting of NTR Biopic

The city police disrupted the shooting of "Lakshmi's Veeragrandham", a biopic on the late N T Rama Rao, claiming permission was not taken for the shoot.
Hyderabad | 12th November 2017
The Hyderabad police on Sunday stalled the shooting of Telugu film "Lakshmi's Veeragrandham" at NTR Gardens.

The cops contended that the filmmakers had not obtained the necessary permissions for the shooting.

Following the police intervention, the producer of the film Kethireddy Jagadeswar Reddy sat on a dharna at the site.

He alleged that the late NTR's wife Lakshmi Parvathi was creating roadblocks for his movie.

Stating that the film would reveal some untold facts about the late CM, Reddy said that he will go ahead with the movie despite all the obstacles.

Three other biopics have already been announced so far on NTR, and Reddy is the fourth Tollywood personality to jump onto the bandwagon.
