Governor, Deputy CM Welcome Venkaiah Naidu To City

Naidu was here to inaugurate the 78th edition of an international legal workshop in the Nalsar Law University campus, on the outskirts of the city.

Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu today arrived in Hyderabad in a special flight from the national capital after the union cabinet reshuffle.

Naidu was here to inaugurate the 78th edition of an international legal workshop in the Nalsar Law University campus at Shamirpet, on the outskirts of the city.

Governor E S L Narasimhan, Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali, Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Swamy Goud and Chief Secretary S P Singh were among those who accorded a grand welcome to the Vice-President of India at the Begumpet airport.

Later, Naidu drove straight to the Nalsar Law University by road.
