Alleging that the TRS government had expelled him and S A Sampath Kumar intentionally from the Assembly and that there was a conspiracy in withdrawing their gunmen, expelled Congress MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said that the state government was plotting to get them killed.
Speaking to the media before leaving for Delhi on Wednesday to meet the Election Commission to seek clarification on whether Kumar and he would be able to vote in the Rajya Sabha elections to be held on March 22, Komatireddy said that he was not a coward to say that the government would be responsible if something happened to him.
"My heart has the courage to face the bullets of the government. My heart is much stronger than Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's bullets. Lakhs of Komatireddy Venkat Reddys will be born if I am killed, to dethrone KCR," he claimed.
He said that he had confidence that he would get justice in the High Court.
