AICC secretary and former MP Madhu Yashki Goud today slammed caretaker minister K T Rama Rao for criticizing the Congress-TDP alliance, and asked the latter whether he (KTR) was not doing business with Andhra people.
"What is wrong if the Congress enters into an alliance with the TDP if there is nothing wrong if KTR does business with Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu's son?" he asked.
Launching a general broadside against the TRS, he also accused the TRS MPs and MLAs of constructing luxurious villas spending hundreds of crores of rupees but not finding lands to construct double bedroom houses for the poor. He also ridiculed caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for dissolving the Assembly nine months before the scheduled time.
Goud said that the Congress would make KCR family's assets public after it returned to power. He also said that he would contest from the Nizamabad Lok Sabha constituency in the upcoming elections.
